The Personal page is your account hub. From here you can manage your profile, subscriptions, saved data, and shared links.

Profile Card

The left side of the page displays your profile card with your avatar, name, and country flag.

• Avatar — click your avatar to upload a new profile picture.
• Edit Profile — opens a dialog where you can update your first name, last name, and country.

Sidebar Buttons

Below your profile information, you will find the following buttons:

• Manage Login — opens your authentication settings (see Manage Login).
• Generate Key / My Keys — create and manage OnFlight activation keys (see OnFlight Keys).
• Manage Subscription — open the Stripe billing portal (see Manage Subscription).

Content Tabs

The right side of the page contains five tabs:

Subscriptions

ACROWRX offers two subscription tiers. If you are not subscribed, the profile card shows upgrade cards with pricing and a list of features.

Analysis Plan

The Analysis subscription gives you access to:

• Analyze your flights in the Analysis window
• Upload flights to the ACROWRX database
• Join competitions

Formation Plan

The Formation subscription includes everything in the Analysis plan, plus:

• Analyze multi-aircraft formation flights
• KML overlay support
• Prorated charges when upgrading from Analysis

📌 - TIP

If you already have an Analysis subscription and want to upgrade to Formation, use the Manage Subscription button. Charges are prorated automatically.

Manage Subscription

Paid users see a Manage Subscription button that opens the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:

• View your current plan and billing cycle
• Update your payment method
• Cancel or change your subscription

Manage Login

The Manage Login button opens your authentication settings (powered by Clerk). Here you can update your email, connected accounts, and security settings.

OnFlight Keys

If you own an OnFlight data unit, the Generate Key / My Keys button lets you create and manage activation keys that link your OnFlight hardware to your ACROWRX account. Enter your OnFlight serial number to generate a key.

📌 - TIP

This button only appears for users with an active subscription.

Flights

The Flights tab shows all flights you have uploaded to ACROWRX. You can:

• Click a flight to open it in the Analysis window
• Filter by airplane model, visibility (public/private), and category
• Like and comment on flights
• Delete or share flights via the row actions menu

Sequences

The Seq. tab lists your saved aerobatic sequences. Click a row to preview the sequence card with figure diagrams.

Saved Boxes

The Box tab lists all aerobatic box locations you have saved from the Analysis window. Each entry shows the box name and coordinates. You can delete boxes you no longer need.

📌 - TIP

Box locations are saved from the Location Selector in the Analysis window's left menu.

KML Files

The KML tab lets you manage your uploaded KML and KMZ files. These files can be used as overlays in the Formation module.

• Add KML File — opens a dialog to upload a new KML or KMZ file with a custom name.
• Each row shows the file name, type badge, and a delete button.

Shared Links

The Shared tab shows all active share links you have created from the Analysis window. For each link you can:

• Copy the link to your clipboard
• Open the link in a new tab
• Revoke the link so it is no longer accessible

📌 - TIP

Share links give anyone with the URL read-only access to your flight analysis — no ACROWRX account needed. Revoke a link at any time to remove access.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions button at the bottom of the profile card opens the full terms of service in a dialog.
